Mastering enhances and optimizes the final mix, and makes it commercially loud without sacrificing quality.
1-2 revisions usually do the trick, and you'll get up to 3 for free.
If it gets really hard, we'll work over live stream so you can follow the session in real time (up to 1 hour free).
You can also replace or add new elements.

As a general rule, it's sufficient to bypass any heavy processing used to attempt mixing or mastering.
Dry files are better if you need pitch or timing corrections. You can send both Dry and Wet files to have maximum flexibility. You should generally keep the sound design you've made and the effects you love!
It is generally recommended to disable any master bus processing, even if the preset is named "best compressor setting ever".
But every project is different, and some effects may need to be kept on, We'll help you find out what to do.
You can use the same sample rate of your session (to avoid any unnecessary conversions) with a 24-bit resolution. However, we would recommend to send 48 kHz / 32-bit wav files to avoid any chance of digital clipping.
aaand never use dithering!
