Full Mixing lets us control each individual track, so we can make all kind of improvements, write automations, add effects and so on. Stem Mixing (also called Stem Mastering), means working with the pre-mixed groups (for example: drums, bass, vocals...) for better control before mastering. Mastering enhances and optimizes the tone, the dynamics and the loudness of the final mix, making it ready for distribution.
1-2 revisions usually do the trick, and you'll get up to 3 for free.
If it gets really hard, we'll work over live stream so you can follow the session in real time (up to 1 hour free).
You can also replace or add new elements.
First we evaluate the project, then set the goal and fix the price. We'll start working when all the required files are ready.
From there, we'll make every necessary revisions based on your feedback, also available over live streaming.

We recommend both Dry and Wet files to have maximum flexibility. As a general rule, it's sufficient to bypass any processing used specifically for mixing or mastering.
Dry files are better for pitch or timing corrections. Always keep the sound design you made and the effects you added.
It is generally recommended to disable any master bus processing, even if the preset is named "best compressor setting ever"...
But every project is different, and some effects may need to stay in place, We'll help you find out what's best to do.
You should use the same sample rate of your session (to avoid unnecessary conversions) with a resolution of 24-bit. However, we would recommend sending 48 kHz / 32-bit wav files to avoid any chance of digital clipping.
